About the Role
We are building next-generation mobile applications centered around 3D visualization, geospatial mapping, and camera-driven workflows for real-world use cases. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex, system-level mobile challenges and working beyond conventional UI/API development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance iOS applications using Swift
- Build and enhance map-based features and 360° media experiences
- Architect and implement robust offline-first systems
- Manage large-scale media uploads with background processing, retry mechanisms, and chunking strategies
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability across the application
- Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, product, and design teams
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Swift and iOS development fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with SwiftUI and/or UIKit
- Solid understanding of RESTful API integration
- Experience with concurrency and multithreading (GCD, async/await)
- Knowledge of offline data handling, storage, and caching strategies
- Proficiency in Git and version control workflows
Preferred Skills
- Experience with mapping SDKs (Mapbox or similar platforms)
- Familiarity with AVFoundation and camera-based implementations
- Expertise in handling background uploads using URLSession
- Strong debugging and profiling skills using Instruments
Good to Have
- Exposure to ARKit / RealityKit
- Experience with 360° image processing or panoramic rendering
- Integration experience with external cameras or hardware devices
- Basic understanding of 3D or spatial computing concepts
