JD:

Minimum exp: 6 yrs

- **Technical Mastery:** Expertise in Node.js, Angular, JavaScript, REST, Shell scripting, Redis, RabbitMQ, protobuf, load balancer, Ansible, Python FastAPI, Python Flask, Socket.IO, and WebSocket.

- **Framework Knowledge:** Strong understanding of MVC frameworks.

- **Hands-On Leadership:** Ability to dive deep into the code, create technical solutions, and lead by example.

- **Architectural Skills:** Proven ability to make architectural decisions and design scalable systems.

- **Design Principles:** Solid grasp of commonly used design principles and design patterns.

- **Version Control:** Expertise in Git and version control.

- **Database Design:** Thorough knowledge of NoSQL database design and development.

- **Environment Management: ** Comprehensive understanding of development, staging, and production environments.

- **Unix Skills:** Proficiency in Unix, including installation with apt-get, compiling from source, and intermediate shell scripting.

- **Performance Building:** Experience in building high-performance and scalable applications.

- **Troubleshooting:** Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications for functional and common problems.

- **Automation Testing:** Experience in API automation and UI automation testing using the JEST framework.

- **Communication:** Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- **Mentorship:** Proven experience in mentoring and guiding teammates, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
