About The Role
We are seeking a talented iOS Developer with strong experience in Objective C and Swift to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable iOS applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5+ years specifically in iOS development. Proficiency in Objective C and Swift is essential, along with a solid understanding of RESTful API integration, UI/UX design principles, and mobile architecture best practices. Experience working with development tools such as Xcode, GitHub, BitBucket, and deployment tools like TeamCity or Octopus Deploy is required. Candidates should also have familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and knowledge of backend systems, databases such as Oracle or MySQL. A good grasp of software development concepts including CI/CD, DevOps, TDD, BDD, and microservices architecture is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with automation testing, crash monitoring tools, and security best practices will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role include designing and developing high-quality iOS applications using Objective C and Swift, ensuring the applications are scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. You will be responsible for integrating backend services and APIs, implementing user interface components, and adhering to best practices in mobile app security and performance optimization. The role involves participating in code reviews, writing unit and UI tests, and contributing to continuous integration and deployment pipelines. Monitoring app health, analyzing crash reports, and implementing improvements based on user feedback will be part of your daily tasks. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver innovative solutions that align with business goals. Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations is essential. Additionally, mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical documentation may be part of your responsibilities.
