About the Company

Backed by top-tier venture investors, this SaaS company is standing up its first India-based mobile engineering pod and has partnered with Flexiple to hire the iOS Developer who ships its consumer-facing app end to end. You will work directly with the founding product team on a codebase that is still young enough to shape. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an iOS Developer, you will build, ship, and maintain features across the company's flagship iOS app, working closely with design and backend engineering to take ideas from spec to App Store release.

Key Responsibilities

App Development

• Build new features in Swift and SwiftUI or UIKit for a production iOS app
• Own screens end to end, from architecture through release
• Write clean, testable code and unit tests for critical flows

Quality and Release

• Debug crashes and performance issues using Xcode instruments and analytics tools
• Manage App Store submissions, versioning, and release notes
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts and data models

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years building and shipping production iOS applications
• Strong command of Swift, SwiftUI or UIKit, and Xcode
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-moving founding team
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Combine, async/await, or reactive patterns
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile releases
• A degree in computer science or a related field
