Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Architect/Manager with strong expertise in ION Endur, Azure Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps automation, and enterprise‑grade scripting. The role involves leading architecture, cloud modernization, platform engineering, automation, and cross‑functional technical initiatives while providing leadership and governance to engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, deploy, and administer ION Endur platforms.
- Lead the architecture and governance of scalable, secure Azure Infrastructure including networking, compute, identity, and security.
- Implement DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and workflow automation.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform (IaC).
- Design and operationalize monitoring and observability solutions using Grafana, Azure Monitor, and alerting tools.
- Oversee cloud operations, production support, and platform reliability.
- Collaborate closely with business and engineering teams to build scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor and lead engineering teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and best practices.

- Experience in Energy Trading / Commodities / Financial Systems
- AKS, Docker, containerization & orchestration
- Experience with Azure Security, governance, compliance, identity, and access frameworks
- Exposure to SRE practices, reliability engineering, and automation at scale
- Cloud migration experience (platform modernization, workload transformation, re‑architecture)
- Additional scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Perl
- Familiarity with observability stacks beyond Grafana (Prometheus, Loki, Elastic, etc.)
- Experience with cost optimization and FinOps practices
