Job Description – Investor Reporting
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit investor reports accurately within SLA timelines
- Reconcile loan-level and pool-level mortgage data
- Monitor principal & interest remittance reporting
- Review servicing reports and identify discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal teams and investors for issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with investor guidelines and reporting standards
- Handle reporting for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and private investors
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting activities
Required Skills:
- Experience in US Mortgage Investor Reporting process
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing and remittance process
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills
- Strong communication and reporting abilities
- Ability to work in US shifts
Job Description – Investor Accounting
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform investor accounting and reconciliation activities
- Handle cash balancing, remittance, and custodial account reconciliation
- Review loan transactions, payoff, adjustments, and corrections
- Prepare accounting reports and resolve investor discrepancies
- Ensure accurate posting of mortgage-related transactions
- Coordinate with servicing, treasury, and reporting teams
- Maintain compliance with accounting and investor guidelines
- Meet productivity, quality, and SLA requirements
Required Skills:
- Experience in US Mortgage Investor Accounting process
- Knowledge of custodial reconciliation and remittance accounting
- Understanding of mortgage servicing accounting concepts
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
