Raising funds in the form of Non-Convertible Debentures, ICD, Debt Portfolio, & Debt AIF.
Engage with investors on regular intervals
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Develop partnerships with wealth managers, financial advisors, chartered accountants, and investment professionals for cross-selling opportunities.
Investor acquisition and servicing
Organise seminars/ presentations to educate investors with a view to promote our products
Develop investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering investor value
Educate investors about investment opportunities like Prachay Bonds, Debt AIF, Debt Portfolio & ICDs.
Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team
Support all communications with the investment community regarding the company's business model, operating results, and business strategy.
Advise on and support all aspects of investor marketing, including maintaining our investor database
Assist development and implementation of investor targeting
Collaborate with institutional investors, family offices, and corporate treasuries for wholesale investments.
Skills And Knowledge
Proven ability to build and manage HNI and institutional investor relationships.
The role requires a dynamic person with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to find outcomes that work for all.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, interpret information and financial concepts and apply them to business analysis.
Advanced writing and communications skills
Keen intellect, integrity, a sense of urgency and the ability to simultaneously execute on both tactical and strategic projects with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Should have good understanding about Financial Products.
