Role Description

We are seeking an Investor Relations Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The individual will act as a primary point of contact between the company and the investor community. Responsibilities include managing investor communications, analyzing financial data, preparing detailed reports, and addressing investor inquiries. The role demands effective communication with stakeholders to build and maintain long-term relationships, while keeping them informed about the company's performance and developments. Additionally, the candidate will provide insights and support for investment strategies and decision-making processes.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Investor Relations and investments, with a strong understanding of capital markets and stakeholder engagement.
  • Sound knowledge of finance and proven ability to perform financial analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret financial data and market trends effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with investors and stakeholders seamlessly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications or certifications (e.g., CFA) are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in real estate, investments, or financial services is a plus.
