ABOUT SNIXX

SNIXX works with venture capitalists, general partners, and angel investors who are well-known within private networks but underrepresented in public conversations.

We help them externalize how they think, their deal experience, investment lens, and pattern recognition, and turn that into visibility that compounds.

Because in venture, capital is abundant.

Recognition is the constraint.

Investors who are consistently seen and understood become the first call.

Those who remain invisible get excluded from deals they never even see.

THE ROLE

This is an outbound-focused role, but not in the traditional sense.

You are not pushing a product.

You are initiating conversations with investors around visibility, positioning, and deal flow advantage.

You will learn:

  • How investors actually think about access and opportunities
  • Why visibility shapes who sees the best deals first
  • How to communicate with high-level operators in a direct, peer-level tone
  • How structured outbound systems drive consistent outcomes
  • How to handle objections without pressure or emotion

No prior experience is required.

What matters is how you think and how you execute.

We look for:

  • Clear, structured thinking
  • Strong written communication
  • Consistency in execution
  • Ability to take feedback and apply it quickly
  • Emotional control in the face of rejection

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Identify and research venture capitalists and angel investors
  • Spot gaps between their private reputation and public presence
  • Write precise, high-signal cold emails
  • Initiate conversations through cold calls
  • Run structured follow-ups across multiple touchpoints
  • Track activity and continuously refine messaging based on response patterns

This is a system-driven role. Output and iteration matter.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based position.

There is no fixed ceiling.

Performance directly determines outcomes.

This structure rewards consistency, not intensity.
