We are building the world's first Proof-of-Mindset Protocol by combining EEG-based cognitive analysis, AI personalization, tokenized incentives, NFTs, and gamified engagement systems to help users measure, improve, and earn from cognitive performance and mental resilience.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly polished, professional, investor-facing individual with exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to support fundraising and strategic growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging investors, managing fundraising pipelines, presenting CalmSync to prospective investors and partners, handling follow-ups, answering investor queries, and representing the company at industry events.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Web3 fundraising, investor relations, venture capital, business development, or startup ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage VCs, angels, family offices, launchpads, and strategic investors

• Conduct investor outreach via email, LinkedIn, Telegram, X, and industry events

• Schedule and manage investor meetings

• Present CalmSync's vision, business model, tokenomics, and growth strategy

• Handle investor follow-ups and due diligence requests

• Maintain investor CRM and pipeline reporting

• Represent CalmSync at conferences, AMAs, and networking events

• Support strategic partnerships and ecosystem growth initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Business Development, Venture Capital, or Web3

• Strong understanding of blockchain, crypto, tokenomics, and Web3 ecosystems

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Professional appearance, executive presence, and confidence when engaging investors

• Strong organizational and relationship-management skills

Preferred

• Existing network of Web3 investors, VCs, angels, or family offices

• Experience supporting token launches or fundraising campaigns

• Prior Web3 startup experience

Compensation

• Fixed salary / retainer
