About the Role

A listed IT/ITeS organisation headquartered in Bangalore is looking to hire an experienced Investor Relations (IR) professional to manage and strengthen its engagement with the capital markets. The role will be based in Mumbai and will work closely with senior leadership to drive transparent, consistent, and impactful investor communication.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations & Capital Markets Engagement

  • Own and manage end-to-end Investor Relations deliverables and communications.
  • Act as a key point of contact for investors, analysts, fund managers, and other capital market participants.
  • Proactively promote the company's investment story and value proposition to the market.

Content & Collateral Development

  • Develop and maintain IR collaterals including:
  • Investor Presentations
  • Earnings decks and Press Releases
  • Financial models and analysis
  • MD&A (Management Discussion & Analysis)
  • Fact sheets and other investor communication materials

Management & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with senior management, finance, legal, and secretarial teams.
  • Translate management inputs and business updates into clear, actionable, and market-ready communication.
  • Support leadership during earnings calls, investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.

Governance & Compliance Support

  • Support compliance with secretarial and regulatory requirements applicable to listed companies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to stakeholders.

Process & Execution Support

  • Improve efficiency and productivity in managing IR engagements.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and responsiveness in all communications.

Qualifications for the role

CA/MBA/Postgraduate with a relevant degree in business or finance.

Experience of 6 -10 years in a Sell-Side firm, Corporate or a Consulting/Credit Rating firm.
