We're Hiring: Investor Relations & Growth Lead

We are now raising capital aggressively and looking for a sharp, execution-focused individual who can build and manage our investor pipeline at scale.
This is NOT a normal job. This is a front-row seat to building a high-growth company.
Your Mission:
Build and manage a high-volume, high-quality investor outreach engine and ensure a strong pipeline of investor meetings for the founder.
What You'll Do:
• Build a database of 1000+ investors (Angels, VCs, Family Offices)
• Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn & networks
• Send 50–100 investor touchpoints daily
• Manage follow-ups with precision and persistence
• Maintain CRM and track investor stages
• Schedule and coordinate investor meetings for the CEO
• Optimize messaging for higher response rates
What Success Looks Like:
• 40–60 investor meetings/month booked
• High response rates from cold outreach
• Zero missed follow-ups
• Clean, updated investor pipeline
Who You Are:
• 1–4 years experience in sales / growth / fundraising / BD
• Exceptional communication (written + verbal)
• Highly organized, aggressive, and execution-driven
• Comfortable with high rejection & fast-paced work
• Obsessed with results, not just activity
Bonus:
• Experience in startup fundraising / VC ecosystem
• Strong LinkedIn/email outreach skills
• CRM tool experience
