We work at the intersection of capital markets, corporate governance, and shareholder engagement, supporting listed companies during high-stakes corporate transactions.
What you'll do
- Engage with institutional investors and HNI shareholders on behalf of listed company clients
- Explain transaction structures, timelines, and regulatory processes
- Facilitate structured communication during mergers, restructurings, and corporate actions
- Coordinate with legal advisors, bankers, proxy advisors, and registrars
- Capture investor feedback and engagement insights
Who should apply
- Semi-Qualified CS with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Background in IR, proxy advisory, financial communications, or capital markets
- Strong verbal communication and stakeholder-handling skills
- High standards of professionalism and confidentiality
