About the Role

We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager with a strong exposure to real estatebacked investments and private credit structures. The ideal candidate will be someone who has engaged with real estate developers, wealth partners, or investors evaluating real estatelinked transaction opportunities. The role involves building strong relationships with investors, presenting financial opportunities confidently, and ensuring smooth coordination across all investor touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, onboard and manage relationships with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, Family Offices, Wealth Platforms and Institutional Investors

* Present real estatebacked private credit / debt AIF investment opportunities clearly and confidently

* Maintain a strong pipeline of potential investors across channels

* Engage with existing investors for repeat participation and relationship strengthening

* Prepare professional presentations, reports and investor communication material

* Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding and servicing

* Attend meetings and represent the company in investor interactions

Skills & Competencies Required

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Investor Relations / Wealth Management / Capital Markets / Private Credit / Real Estate Investments (preferred)

* Bachelor's/Master's/MBA in Finance, Management, Marketing, or related fields

* Prior exposure to real estatelinked investments, NBFC lending, or Debt AIFs will be strongly preferred

* Strong relationship-building and networking abilities

* Basic understanding of financial concepts (financial analysis preferred)

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to create clear, professional presentations

* Proactive, structured and confident approach
