Job Description

Company Description India's Future Investors (IFI) is India's Money Entertainment Reality Show, where money, time, pressure, and character intersect in high-stakes challenges. The show uses immersive, real-world financial scenarios to test how participants think, prioritize, and make decisions under time constraints. IFI blends money intelligence, human behavior, competition, and entertainment in the search for India's Money Rockstar. Rather than only inviting viewers to watch, IFI encourages individuals to step into the game, participate, and prove their understanding of money. The journey is designed for those who want to engage deeply with finance in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Role Description The Investor role is a full-time remote opportunity focused on engaging with the show's financial and strategic elements. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities presented within the show's format, reviewing pitch decks and financial models, and providing clear, constructive feedback to participants. The Investor will collaborate with the production and editorial teams to ensure the financial scenarios are realistic, educational, and engaging, while maintaining the integrity of investment decisions. This role involves participating in recorded sessions or live streams, articulating investment rationales, and helping shape narratives around money intelligence and decision-making under pressure. The Investor is expected to stay informed about market trends, uphold ethical standards, and contribute to a compelling, audience-friendly portrayal of investing.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in finance and investing, including experience in portfolio management, equity or startup investing, or related financial analysis.
  • Ability to assess business models, interpret financial statements, and evaluate risk–reward profiles in fast-paced, high-pressure contexts.
  • Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, engaging language suitable for a broad audience.
  • Comfort with remote collaboration tools, virtual recording or broadcasting environments, and working closely with creative and production teams.
  • Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to responsible, transparent financial decision-making.
  • Interest in entertainment, reality formats, and educational content that makes finance accessible and engaging to the public.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, MBA) are a plus.
  • Prior media, public speaking, or mentorship experience is beneficial but not required.
