Investor Communications & Reporting Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Investor Relations Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating marketing materials and investor presentations. This individual will work closely with the management team to develop compelling marketing materials and presentations that effectively communicate our investment strategy and performance to current and prospective investors. Exposure to the US markets is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and delivering investor materials, including presentations and reporting deliverables.

• Collaborate with the investment team to gather data and clearly summarize information for investor reporting.

• Coordinate and track investor deliverables, ensuring timely execution and efficient workflow.

• Monitor industry news and publications for relevant marketing and investor information.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 4–5 years of investor relations experience, preferably in private equity or hedge funds.

Strong attention to detail and ability to assist in creating investor-ready materials

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable with data analysis and presentation creation.

• Experience working with designers/printers.

• Excellent organizational skills to help manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
