Role Description The Investment Specialist at Dimois Institute will support the institute's financial planning and investment activities, with a focus on optimizing returns while managing risk. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Kozhikode, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and financial analysis, evaluating investment opportunities, and contributing to the development and implementation of investment strategies. The role involves monitoring investment performance, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align investment decisions with institutional goals. The Investment Specialist will also help maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and best practices in investment management.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Investments and Finance to understand financial instruments, capital markets, and institutional funding needs.
Candidates should possess expertise in Investment Strategies to design and evaluate diversified portfolios and long-term investment plans.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Investment Management to monitor portfolios, rebalance assets, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are an advantage.
Proficiency in financial modeling and use of analytical tools or spreadsheets; familiarity with investment research platforms is beneficial.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
