As an Investment Specialist Associate within our India Investment Specialist team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. You will update and enhance client pitchbooks and review materials, support portfolio review prep, and handle data-led stakeholder requests while maintaining consultant databases and completing RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs. You will attend PM meetings to capture insights, liaise with client service, reporting, and technology to verify data, and streamline and automate standardized and customized reporting. You will monitor industry sources for market and competitive intelligence, deepen your understanding of equities processes, and prioritize deadlines while adapting quickly to changing needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Update, maintain, and improve client pitchbooks and review materials.
  • Respond to ad hoc stakeholder requests with a focus on data-led queries.
  • Complete updates to consultant databases in coordination with the dedicated team.
  • Complete RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires with a focus on data components.
  • Attend portfolio manager meetings and document insights for Investment Specialist team use.
  • Liaise with client service, reporting, and technology teams to verify client data and reporting.
  • Streamline and automate standardized and customized client reporting.
  • Monitor industry databases and publications for competitive and market information.
  • Develop understanding of equities investment processes across portfolios.
  • Prioritize deadlines and adapt to changing priorities at short notice.
  • Support preparation of portfolio review materials for clients and investors.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • At least 4+ years experience in financial product analysis, client services.
  • Experience collaborating across client service, reporting, and technology teams.
  • Familiarity with consultant databases and industry publications.
  • Experience preparing RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires.
  • Exposure to equities portfolio processes within asset management.
  • Experience capturing PM meeting insights and converting them into client-ready materials.
  • Experience streamlining or automating client reporting workflows.
