As an Investment Specialist Associate within the Global Transportation Groupyou will support investor relations and business development by delivering high-quality marketing materials, due diligence content, and accurate reporting for transportation-focused funds.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and refresh marketing collateral, including pitch books, product profiles, and bespoke client materials.
  • Lead end-to-end production of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and recurring/ad hoc client and consultant questionnaires.
  • Coordinate closely with Investment, Product, and the internal RFP team to gather inputs and ensure timely submission.
  • Update consultant databases and maintain data integrity in partnership with the dedicated database team.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, consultants, and clients to resolve inquiries and service needs.
  • Deliver accurate, high-quality written responses within tight deadlines across global time zones.
  • Maintain internal databases, client cash flows, fund AUM, and related records on a monthly/quarterly cadence.
  • Produce investor reporting content, including statements, snapshots, quarterly/annual reports, and webcast materials.
  • Review data and reports to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues independently.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and team productivity.
  • Participate in weekly meetings, information-shares, and fund webcasts to stay aligned on priorities.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • At least 4 years of experience in financial product analysis, marketing, or client services (Real Assets/Alternatives ).
  • Hold an MBA in Finance and/or CFA certification.
  • Apply foundational accounting knowledge to interpret fund data and reporting.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
  • Exhibit strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail with a consistent focus on data accuracy and quality control.
  • Prioritize effectively and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Use advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to build and maintain client-ready materials.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Previous experience working with open-ended funds would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of the maritime or global transportation domain would be an added advantage.
