Role- Investment Sales Manager

Experience- Minimum 5+ years in Marketing and sales(Hotels, Resorts, Wellness Retreats, Luxury Villas, Real estate, Restaurants, or similar)

Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior sales Manager to lead and execute end-to-end sales strategies for our hospitality, wellness and real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in brand building, sales, campaign execution, partnerships, and revenue-driven marketing within the hospitality sector.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong execution capabilities who understands customer acquisition, occupancy growth, and brand positioning in premium hospitality markets.

Key Responsibilities

· Sales Strategy & Brand Management-Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals

Build and strengthen brand presence across various platforms

Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints

· Lead Generation-Plan and Performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email marketing, social media)

Drive bookings, inquiries, and conversions through performance marketing

Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI

· Content & Communication-Oversee creation of marketing and sales content including brochures, websites, social media, emailers, and presentations

Coordinate with agencies to achieve target.

Ensure high-quality storytelling suited for hospitality and luxury audiences

· Partnerships & Collaborations-Identify and manage collaborations with travel platforms, corporates, channel partners, and agencies

Execute co-branding and promotional campaigns

· Market Research & Analysis-Conduct market research on trends, competitors, pricing, and customer behavior

Analyze customer data and insights to improve marketing effectiveness

· Sales & Operations Coordination-Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to support occupancy and revenue targets

Design marketing support tools for sales teams

· Budget & Reporting-Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently

Prepare performance reports, campaign analysis, and strategic insights for management

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong understanding of hotel/resort/wellness/Real Estate marketing dynamics

2. Proven experience in sales and performance campaigns

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills

4. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

5. Strong analytical and reporting skills

6. Ability to make and meet targets
