About The Department

Our Investment Performance and Risk team strengthens fixed income attribution capabilities to support portfolio managers and investment teams. We analyze

performance drivers across global fixed income strategies, ensuring transparency and actionable insights. The team collaborates closely, values precision, and offers

opportunities to deepen expertise in analytics and risk management.

How You Will Add Value

  • You will act as a subject matter expert in performance and attribution analytics.
  • You will develop expertise in fixed income and derivative instruments.
  • You will calculate and analyze daily attribution and profit & loss results.
  • You will interpret attribution across strategies like Investment Grade, HighYield, and Core Plus.
  • You will investigate and resolve attribution anomalies to maintain data integrity.
  • You will present monthly attribution results to portfolio managers confidently.
  • You will liaise between investment teams and analytics to ensure accurate outputs.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

Experience & Education

  • Strong knowledge of fixed income markets and derivatives.
  • Proven experience in attribution and profit & loss analysis.
  • Ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or business; CFA, CIPM, or FRM
  • preferred.
  • 10+ years in performance, attribution, and risk analysis.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with attribution platforms (Aladdin, Bloomberg Port, FactSet, MSCI, Barra, Axioma).
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, and automation tools.

Soft Skills

  • High attention to detail and data quality.
  • Strong communication and confidence engaging senior stakeholders

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST (Rotational shifts)
