Job Title: Senior Analyst – Investment Research

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst – Investment Research to support global asset managers investing across fixed income and credit markets. The role involves conducting in-depth credit research, financial analysis, and investment due diligence on companies across US and European markets. The successful candidate will work closely with portfolio managers and senior research professionals, delivering high-quality research and actionable investment insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fundamental credit research on companies across various industries.
- Build, maintain, and update detailed financial models and valuation frameworks.
- Prepare research reports, earnings summaries, credit outlooks, and investment recommendations.
- Analyze capital structures, debt instruments, credit agreements, bond indentures, and covenant packages.
- Monitor macroeconomic, industry, and company-specific developments impacting investment decisions.
- Track corporate events, earnings releases, refinancing activities, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring events.
- Communicate investment insights and research findings effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality research outputs while adhering to established standards and best practices.
- Review and validate the work of team members to maintain research quality.
- Mentor and support junior analysts through training and knowledge sharing.
- Manage multiple client engagements and contribute to customized research solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Credit Research, Fixed Income Research, or Investment Research.
- Strong understanding of US and/or European credit markets.
- Deep knowledge of capital structures, leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, and debt documentation.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage research assignments and client deliverables.
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (Finance), CFA, CA, or equivalent finance qualification.
- Experience working with institutional asset managers, investment firms, or research service providers.
- Familiarity with financial databases such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, Thomson Reuters, or similar platforms.

Education
