Job Brief
We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Investor Relations to lead and strengthen relationships with current and prospective investors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial markets, proven experience in corporate finance or investor relations, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
Investor Communication & Engagement
- Design and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison for institutional investors and shareholders.
- Lead investor quarterly calls, and annual meetings, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.
- Anticipate investor concerns and proactively address queries with accuracy and strategic insight.
Financial Analysis & Reporting Support
- Partner with finance and leadership teams to prepare quarterly earnings reports, financial statements, and management commentary.
- Oversee financial modelling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning to support investor discussions.
- Provide leadership with actionable insights on financial performance, capital allocation, and shareholder value creation.
Market Intelligence & Benchmarking
- Monitor and report on market trends, investor sentiment, and macroeconomic conditions impacting the company.
- Track stock performance and shareholder movements to identify opportunities and risks.
- Benchmark the company's valuation, investor perception, and communication practices against industry peers.
Reporting & Analysis
- Lead financial and operational performance reviews of road assets, ensuring alignment with long-term investment strategies and regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) including distribution yield, NAV trends, leverage ratios, and project IRR, providing actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations under Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) InvIT Regulations.
Internal Collaboration & Executive Briefings
- Develop and present comprehensive management reports and board-level investor updates, highlighting performance drivers, risk factors, and forward-looking projections.
- Advise executives and internal stakeholders on investor expectations and market positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of investor messaging with corporate strategy.
Educational Background
· CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
Professional Experience
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in investor relations, equity research, FP&A, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- Demonstrated success in managing investor communications and building long-term stakeholder trust.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and performance metrics.
