- Interview Process: 1st round – Virtual | 2nd round – Face-to-Face
- Shift Timings: Candidates must be flexible across all shifts:
- APAC: 6:00 AM
- EMEA: 1:00 PM
- Night Shift: 4:00 PM
Key Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Good investment product understanding.
- Investment performance analytics experience, including:
- Gross-of-return / Net-of-return
- Time-Weighted Return (TWR) and Money-Weighted Return (MWR)
- Attribution analysis / Security attribution
To be a Senior SME for delivering performance reports, including attribution, contribution, ex-post/ex-ante risk.
• Implement client change requests and coordinating with right stakeholders to implement technical solutions within the performance systems that meets client requirements.
• Reply client queries directly related to reporting activity.
• New client on-boarding activity on behalf of the PRA team as required.
• Follow controls that address the key operational risks of the team.
• Support the Team Leaders / managers in non-BAU projects as required
• Coordinating with onsite Delivery Partners
• Execute delivery and work allocation
Certifications: CFA/CIPM preferred but not mandatory.
