Investment Operations / Fund Accounting Analyst – Private MarketsExperience: 4–6 years | Availability: Immediate to 30 days | Location: Hyderabad | Work from office
We are seeking a detail-oriented Investment Operations / Fund Accounting Analyst to support private markets funds. You will manage accounting, reporting, and operational workflows, collaborating closely with investment, legal, and audit teams.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain fund general ledger and calculate NAV.
- Process capital calls, distributions, and management fees.
- Reconcile cash, investments, and partner capital accounts.
- Execute waterfall models and calculate IRR, TVPI, DPI, RVPI.
- Prepare investor statements and respond to LP queries.
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly reporting and reconciliations.
- Maintain Excel workflows, reporting templates, and process documentation.
- Support audits and ensure GAAP compliance.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CFA a plus.
- 2–5 years of experience in fund accounting or investment operations.
- Hands-on experience with waterfall models and IRR calculation.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with fund platforms (Allvue, Investran, Geneva, Bloomberg, etc.).
Good to Have- Exposure to private equity or other alternative funds.
- Understanding of fund performance metrics and fee structures.
- High attention to detail and strong ownership.
- Experience in process-driven or high-volume environments.
