Job Description
WE'RE HIRING | INVESTMENT MANAGER – SALES
Company: AZURO – A Square Yards Subsidiary
Role: Investment Manager – Sales
Experience: 0–1+ Years
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline preferred
Location: Bangalore,Mumbai,Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end sales of vacant properties
• Conduct property/site visits with interested clients
• Manage negotiations with property owners and tenants
• Drive deal closures and achieve sales targets
• Generate leads through offline real estate networks
• Pitch Azuro's property management solutions to property owners
• Support property marketing activities to generate leads
• Maintain daily sales and activity records in CRM
• Assist with property documentation and necessary paperwork
What We're Looking For:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Hindi & English; local language is an advantage
• Good customer relationship, sales and negotiation skills
• Energetic, confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• 2-wheeler is mandatory as this is a field-sales role
• Freshers are welcome!
