Investment Manager

We are currently working with an investment platform, and they are looking for an Investment Manager to join their team in Singapore. This opportunity sits within a technology-focused investment team investing across innovative and high-growth businesses globally.

The role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including opportunity sourcing, due diligence, investment execution, portfolio management, and ecosystem engagement. The team is particularly interested in candidates with strong technical expertise and a deep interest in software, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. Candidates coming directly from technology, product, engineering, or innovation-driven environments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research technology and market trends to identify investment opportunities.
• Evaluate opportunities through commercial, technical, strategic, and financial due diligence.
• Build relationships across the technology and innovation ecosystem to generate deal flow and market insights.
• Support investment execution, including financial analysis, investment memoranda, and internal presentations.
• Monitor portfolio investments and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive value creation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of investment experience and/or substantial experience within software, artificial intelligence, deep technology, product, or engineering environments.
• Strong technical understanding of software development, AI technologies, digital products, or technology-led business models.
• Experience building, developing, operating, or commercialising technology products would be highly advantageous.
• Prior experience in venture capital, private equity, corporate venture, strategy, financial analysis, or financial modelling is advantageous but not essential.
