About the Family Office

Our family office manages investments across listed equities, pre-IPO opportunities, and real estate. We take a long-term, fundamentals-driven approach while remaining agile across asset classes. This role offers exposure to diversified investments, strategic decision-making, and hands-on portfolio management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Desirable (not mandatory): Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
• Desirable (not mandatory): CA / CPA / CFA / RIA qualification or current pursuit.
• Understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and basic valuation concepts.
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with financial data sources.
• Genuine interest in capital markets and real estate investing.
• Clear communication skills and ability to present findings concisely.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Research:

Conduct research and analysis on listed equities, mutual funds, and emerging sectors; evaluate business models, financial statements, and management commentary.

Portfolio Management Support:

Track portfolio performance, maintain investment records, and prepare regular performance and valuation dashboards.

Pipeline Development:

Identify, assess, and maintain an external pipeline of investment opportunities across public and private markets (including pre-IPO and alternative investments).

Due Diligence & Documentation:

Assist in due diligence for new investments, review financial reports, and coordinate with accountants, advisors, and brokers.

Reporting & Presentation:

Summarize findings and prepare investment memos, presentation materials, and portfolio summaries for family office discussions.

Market Monitoring:

Stay updated on macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments relevant to the overall investment strategy.
