As a Vice President in Investment Governance, Insights & Engagement, you will lead stakeholder engagement and change execution across the Digital & Platform Services F&BM Investment Governance space
Job Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio governance and reporting discussions, including agenda-setting, stakeholder follow-up, minutes, prioritization, and coordination of enhancements across reporting and data platforms.
- Coordinate strategic reporting and data initiatives to improve reporting automation, stability, access, and downstream consumption.
- Act as a key business interface betweeninvestmentgovernance, product teams, and technology teams by translating business needs into actionable requirements, reviewing functionality documentation, challenging sign-off content, and progressing enhancements or fixes.
- Support production readiness and issue resolution by triaging reporting discrepancies, escalating data issues, coordinating with product or L1 support teams, and helping users navigate workarounds, access requests, and deployment dependencies.
- Oversee reporting framework adoption and communications by promoting new portfolio reporting environments, guiding users to help resources and channels, and supporting office hours, demos, and engagement forums.
- Provide line support, coaching, and day-to-day direction to junior team members, including analysts and rotational talent
- Contribute to business communications and governance outreach, includingemail communications,all-handssupport, status updates, and user-facing reporting notices.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Investment governance and financial/reporting process knowledge. Mastersdegree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline preferred. Prior experience supporting or managing analysts, interns, apprentices, or junior team members preferred
- Stakeholder management across business, product, and technology teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management and execution discipline. Requirements gathering, documentation review, and change coordination
- Issue management, escalation handling, and user support orientation. Team leadership, coaching, and early-career talent development
