PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Investment Department is responsible for managing investor relations, shareholder communication, investment operations, compliance, documentation, and coordination related to capital raising and investment activities across group entities. The role requires strong coordination skills, regulatory awareness, accuracy in documentation, and professional handling of investors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Investor & Shareholder Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for investors and shareholders.
- Handle investor queries, clarifications, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage investor communication for NPMED Healthcare LLP, ABAL Healthcare LLP, and other group entities.
- Operate and manage the Investor Desk at Calicut, and at Perinthalmanna when required.
- Handle investor enquiries and investment coordination for Sightline LLP (Calicut).
- Investment Operations & Support
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Investment Team.
- Assist in capital raising activities, rights issues, preferential issues, and investment onboarding.
- Coordinate share transfer–related activities in LLPs, including documentation and liaison with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate investment records and transaction details.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Collect, verify, and update shareholder KYC documents (ID proof, Aadhaar, PAN, photographs, bank details).
- Maintain shareholder and investment data in Zoho CRM and internal records.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and internal policy requirements related to investments.
- Coordinate with Legal, Accounts, and Compliance teams for documentation and filings.
- Scholarship Program Coordination
- Communicate scholarship-related information to shareholders in Calicut and Kannur.
- Collect and verify scholarship applications and supporting documents.
- Prepare scholarship statements and submit them for management approval.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for timely scholarship disbursement.
- Reporting & MIS
- Prepare periodic investment status reports and MIS for management review.
- Track investor data, commitments, transfers, and pending actions.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updating of records.
- General & Administrative Duties
- Assist with additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
- Support cross-functional teams whenever required for smooth investment operations.
