Key Responsibilities

Conduct Engaging Training Sessions

Deliver interactive sessions on Investment Banking covering:

Financial Markets, Banking Operations, Equity Research, M&A, Financial Modeling, Valuation & Financial Analytics (Excel, Power BI).

Hands-On Financial Learning

Guide learners through real-world financial scenarios, accounting fundamentals, ratios, financial statements & the complete trade lifecycle.

Mentor & Support Learners

Provide career guidance, review capstone projects & use AI tools to simulate industry-level problem-solving.

Assessments & Feedback

Evaluate quizzes, assignments, and practical projects to track student progress.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong knowledge of Investment Banking conceptsEquities, Bonds, Derivatives, M&A, Financial Modeling, Valuation.

Proficiency in Excel for Finance & Power BI for analytics.

Industry experience in Investment Banking (training/mentoring background strongly preferred).

Excellent verbal communication & presentation skills.

Ability to simplify complex financial topics and train learners effectively.

Teaching experience is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics or related field.

Certifications like CFA / FRM / FMVA are a plus.

Prior experience as a finance/investment banking trainer is highly desirable.
