We are a management consulting firm expanding into Investment Banking, and we're looking for a high-caliber MBA/CA to help build this practice from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
- Support M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates
- Build financial models, valuations, IMs, and industry analyses
- Engage with founders, CXOs, investors, and financial institutions
- Help design and scale our IB offering within the consulting business
Who You Are:
- MBA or CA with experience in Investment Banking, Banking, or the Financial Services industry
- Existing relationships with VC/PE funds, bankers, and the investor ecosystem
- Strong analytical skills: valuation, modeling, transaction research
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial comfortable building a new practice
- Strong communication, client-facing ability, and problem-solving mindset
- Thrives in a high-ownership, fast-scaling environment
