Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Analysts for our Investment Banking / Equity Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates (MBA / B.Com) and up to 2 year of relevant experience in financial market operations, particularly in Equity / Fixed Income Operations.

You will gain hands-on exposure to:

  • Market data management
  • Corporate action processing
  • Operational analytics
  • Supporting critical investment banking functions globally

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor bulletins and notifications from market entities such as NYSE, OTC, TSX, CDS, FUNDSERV, OCC, etc.
  • Process new security additions and attribute updates for Equity and Fixed Income instruments
  • Handle corporate action-related updates such as name changes, splits, adjustments, and consolidations
  • Address derivative client queries, process requests, and issue escalations effectively
  • Process data validations, quality monitoring, and time reporting of MIS
  • Escalate unresolved issues to all concerned parties
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives
  • Participate in process validation, quality review, and cross-operational exercises

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA (Finance) / B.Com – Freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of relevant internship / work experience
  • Strong interest in investment banking / capital markets / equity operations
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and time management skills
  • Willingness to work in US business hours and learn long-term in-growth / professional development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of Excel macros or automation is an added advantage

Good to Have

  • Basic knowledge of Equity or Fixed Income products
  • Exposure to financial market operations, trade life cycle, or corporate actions via coursework or internships
  • Familiarity with Security Master, Pricing, or Settlement operations
