Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Investment Banking Faculty to lead and deliver high-impact training sessions for our flagship Financial Modeling & Valuation course.

This is not your typical chalk-and-talk teaching role we're building real-world professionals, not just students. If you love finance, enjoy teaching, and can break down complex deal-making concepts into engaging classroom learning, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver live classroom & online training sessions on Investment Banking-related modules

Design and update realistic case studies, assignments, and financial models used in class

Evaluate student submissions and provide actionable feedback

Collaborate with content and product teams to improve the curriculum and delivery

Mentor students on career paths, skill development, and interview preparation

Ensure high engagement and learning outcomes across all batches

What We're Looking For

Qualification: CA, CFA, with a keen interest in teaching and strong working knowledge of financial models

2+ years of hands-on experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, or Transaction Advisory

Strong command over Excel-based Financial Modeling, DCF, Comps Valuation, and Pitch Decks

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Passion for mentoring and upskilling students
