Role Description

This is a role for an Analyst - Investment Banking at Dourado Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Assistance in Investor Outreach for existing investment banking mandates, as discussed

Assistance in outreach and onboarding of new investment banking clients

Assistance in collateral creation & documentation for deals

Other investment banking related activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree with a focus on finance, business, economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity or investment banking. Prior exposure to early-stage deal-making is a must.
• Network: Demonstrated ability to leverage a strong, existing network within India's VC/PE ecosystem, start-up founders, and related stakeholders.

• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with founders, investors, and team members.
