Investment Banking Analyst/Associate

We are currently working with a leading M&A platform on an Investment Banking Analyst/Associate position to be based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of M&A transactions including buy-side and sell-side mandates
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation and modelling (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
• Coordinate due diligence processes, assist in structuring transactions and preparing marketing materials
• Prepare pitch books, presentations and information memoranda for client engagement
• Perform industry research, market analysis and company benchmarking
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior relevant experience in M&A and Investment Banking
• Experience with overseas investment banks, particularly in Australia, United States or United Kingdom will be advantageous
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, communication, and written skills
• Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise
