This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (Sales) based in Pune City. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing client accounts, and building long-term client relationships. Additional responsibilities include supporting the sales pipeline, driving revenue growth, and working collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and experience in business growth strategies
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to meet targets under deadlines
• Familiarity with the real estate sector or sales environment is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
