This is a full-time, on-site Investment Associate (Sales) role based in Pune City. The Investment Associate will be responsible for managing client portfolios, analyzing market trends, conducting financial modeling, and identifying investment opportunities. The role involves due diligence on potential investment opportunities, preparing reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive sales and maximize revenue.

• Strong skills in Financial Modeling and Investments
• Proficiency in conducting Due Diligence and evaluating investment opportunities
• Excellent Analytical Skills and knowledge of Finance
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications like CFA are a plus)
• Results-driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in real estate or investment domains is preferred
