About the Role
As an Investment Associate at Investorsync, you'll be a key player in curating institutional-grade dealflows, refining investor profiles, and supporting strategic initiatives to improve investor-startup matchmaking. You'll work across venture capital, private equity, and emerging tech ecosystems.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate startup pitches and investor mandates to build thesis-aligned match sets
- Support key relationships with VCs, family offices, and institutional investors
- Assist in refining our investor CRM and deal sourcing infrastructure
- Build strategic market reports on sectors like fintech, AI, consumer, etc.
- Work directly with founders and product teams on platform upgrades
What We Are Looking For
- 13 years of experience in VC, PE, investment banking, or strategic finance
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to synthesize pitch decks and identify standout opportunities
- Bonus: Prior work with deal sourcing platforms or investor networks
