Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Investment Analyst with strong expertise in India's public equity markets and a well-rounded understanding of multiple asset classes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving investment strategy, managing portfolios, and delivering consistent returns while aligning with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage investment strategies focused on India's public equity markets
- Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and due diligence
- Oversee portfolio construction, asset allocation, and performance monitoring
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across asset classes (equity, debt, alternatives, etc.)
- Provide strategic insights on market trends, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align investment decisions with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal investment policies
- Mentor and guide junior analysts and investment team members
Key Requirements:
- CFA qualified (mandatory)
- Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience
- Strong experience in India's public equity markets
- Good understanding of multiple asset classes (equity, fixed income, alternatives, etc.)
- Proven track record in portfolio management and investment decision-making
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and research skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
