The Opportunity

We are seeking an Investment Analyst to work directly with the Founder on evaluating, structuring, and executing real estate investment opportunities across multiple strategies and geographies.

This is not a back-office research role. The selected candidate will be involved in live transactions, investment committee discussions, financial analysis, due diligence, and strategic decision-making from day one.

The role is ideally suited for ambitious professionals seeking accelerated exposure to private equity-style investing, real estate transactions, and capital allocation.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Evaluation & Underwriting

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for acquisition, development, and structured investment opportunities
• Conduct feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses, and downside scenario assessments
• Perform asset-level and portfolio-level valuation exercises
• Evaluate risk-adjusted returns and investment attractiveness

Investment Committee & Deal Documentation

• Prepare investment memorandums and underwriting reports
• Develop investment theses supported by market and financial analysis
• Identify key risks, mitigants, and execution considerations
• Support investment committee decision-making processes

Transaction Structuring

• Analyze and structure capital stacks, joint ventures, and investment partnerships
• Model distribution waterfalls and investor return scenarios
• Assist with transaction execution, due diligence, and negotiations
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and external advisors

Market Research & Strategic Analysis

• Conduct micro-market and sector-level research
• Analyze comparable transactions, land values, development trends, and market dynamics
• Track macroeconomic and capital market developments impacting investment decisions

Portfolio Monitoring

• Monitor active investments and project performance
• Track business plans, budgets, milestones, and risk indicators
• Prepare investor and management reporting materials
• Support ongoing asset management initiatives

Candidate Profile

Experience

1–3 years of experience in:

• Investment Banking;
• Big 4 Transaction Advisory Services (TAS);
• Valuations Advisory;
• Real Estate Private Equity;
• Real Estate Investment & Development; or
• Similar transaction-oriented investment roles

Mandatory Requirements

• Demonstrable real estate transaction experience
• Exposure to high-value investment or development transactions
• Strong valuation and financial modeling capabilities
• Ability to independently analyze investment opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience evaluating land, development, or income-producing assets
• Exposure to joint ventures, capital structuring, or private equity transactions
• Strong understanding of real estate investment metrics and valuation methodologies
