Job Description

Deal Sourcing & Screening

Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities across sectors.
Track industry trends, competitive landscapes, and target companies.
Support initial screening of deals, including preparing investment teasers and summaries.

Financial Analysis & Modelling

Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, comparables, precedent transactions).
Analyze financial statements, business drivers, and forecasts.
Support valuation analysis and preparation of investment recommendations.

Due Diligence

Assist in due diligence processes by coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
Conduct research on markets, competitors, and target company performance.
Review legal, financial, and operational diligence reports and highlight key risks.

Investment Execution

Prepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for Investment Committee meetings.
Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and documentation processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investment Analyst should have:

Educational Qualification - Should have completed their education from a Tier-1 institute or is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Experience Required - Should have 1 to 3 years of experience in front office teams of Investment Banks or investing experience with a fund.
Sector exposure - Open
Excellent communication skills and complete proficiency with MS-Office tools
