Job Description

Deal Sourcing & Screening

  • Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities across sectors.
  • Track industry trends, competitive landscapes, and target companies.
  • Support initial screening of deals, including preparing investment teasers and summaries.



Financial Analysis & Modelling

  • Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, comparables, precedent transactions).
  • Analyze financial statements, business drivers, and forecasts.
  • Support valuation analysis and preparation of investment recommendations.



Due Diligence

  • Assist in due diligence processes by coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Conduct research on markets, competitors, and target company performance.
  • Review legal, financial, and operational diligence reports and highlight key risks.



Investment Execution

  • Prepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for Investment Committee meetings.
  • Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and documentation processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investment Analyst should have:

  • Educational Qualification - Should have completed their education from a Tier-1 institute or is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
  • Experience Required - Should have 1 to 3 years of experience in front office teams of Investment Banks or investing experience with a fund.
  • Sector exposure - Open
  • Excellent communication skills and complete proficiency with MS-Office tools
