Job Description
BroadrickCapital is a MAS licensed private equity fund, backed by EtonHouse International Holdings, a Singapore based education group running over 100 pre-schools and K-12 schools in Asia.
The Investment Analyst will play an important role in supporting Broadrick Capital's strategic growth within the education sector, including mergers and acquisitions and EtonHouse's regional expansion initiatives. Working closely with the CEO, the Analyst will be responsible for conducting market and investment analysis, developing financial and valuation models, supporting potential transactions, and managing the day-to-day operations of the fund.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of fund reports, portfolio updates and investor-related materials.
- Assist with fund administration, capital calls, distributions and cash-flow monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers, including fund administrators, auditors and legal advisers.
- Maintain accurate fund records, documentation and investment data.
- Support compliance, audit and other fund-related reporting requirements.
- Conduct industry, market and company research to assess potential investment opportunities.
- Support financial analysis, valuation and financial modelling.
- Assist with investment due diligence and the preparation of investment papers and presentation materials.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and prepare regular updates.
- Support the investment team throughout the transaction process and on other ad hoc projects.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
- For fresh graduates, a degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Artificial Intelligence.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Hardworking, eager to learn and willing to take initiative.
- A team player who is interested in developing a long-term career with the organisation.
