Investigations Specialist (Contract)

Role Overview

Elevate is partnering with a leading global technology organisation to hire a Global Due Diligence & Investigations Lawyer based in Bangalore. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract engagement requiring 4–5 days onsite, where you will work closely with the internal legal and compliance teams. The role focuses on supporting cross-border investigations and due diligence initiatives across APAC regions, offering exposure to high-impact, global work within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigative research and intelligence gathering across APAC jurisdictions
• Support third-party / vendor due diligence processes
• Assist with internal investigations and risk assessments
• Provide compliance and regulatory support (including anti-corruption and business integrity matters)
• Partner with cross-functional teams across global regions
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to support decision-making

Required Experience & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a lawyer or investigations/compliance professional.
• Experience in due diligence and investigations, compliance and risk advisory, business integrity, internal investigations, anti-corruption, and regulatory or third-party risk.
• Exposure to APAC or cross-border matters
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Hindi is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
