Job Description

We're Hiring || Investigation Manager

  • Location: Pan India
  • Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end internal investigations across business functions.
  • Handle cases related to fraud, misconduct, compliance breaches, and policy violations.
  • Conduct fact-finding interviews and prepare detailed investigation reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, Compliance, and Operations teams for case resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure unbiased, ethical investigation practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in Risk & Compliance, Corporate Investigations, or related domain.
  • Strong analytical, interviewing, and report-writing skills.
  • Exposure to BPO/ITeS or large corporate environments preferred.
  • High integrity, strong decision-making ability, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing a team and handling complex, high-impact cases.
