Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct investigations into fraud cases across banking products
  • Prepare detailed investigation and vigilance reports
  • Perform field visits and surprise checks for preventive vigilance
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities for case handling

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate with 35 years of experience in vigilance or fraud investigation
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations and fraud typologies
  • Excellent documentation and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel for field-based investigations
