Inventory Manager

Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :

● Manage inventory planning and control across warehouses to ensure optimal stock availability and

minimize stockouts or overstocking.

● Monitor inventory performance metrics such as fill rate, stock aging, shrinkage, and inventory turns.

● Work closely with supply chain, category, and operations teams to forecast demand and maintain

accurate inventory levels.

●Identify process gaps and implement data-driven solutions to improve inventory accuracy and

efficiency.

●Analyze inventory trends and generate reports to support decision-making and operational

improvements.

● Drive initiatives to reduce wastage, manage slow-moving inventory, and optimize stock allocation

across locations.

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inbound, storage, and stock reconciliation

processes.

Are you who we're searching for

●2–4 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, operations, or business analytics,

preferably in e-commerce or retail.

●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.

●Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools to analyze inventory performance.

●Understanding of supply chain operations, inventory planning, and warehouse processes.

●Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive operational improvements.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving business needs.
