Job Description

  • Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimal stock discrepancies
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align inventory with packaging or similar industry requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and ensure timely updates in the inventory management system
  • Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system data
  • Support in forecasting demand and planning inventory accordingly
  • Assist in identifying slow-moving or obsolete inventory and suggest corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with company inventory control policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and reporting

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in inventory management, preferably in the packaging or related industry
  • Graduate degree preferred in any discipline
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Excel
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
