What You Will Own
- End-to-end inventory control for store and back-end warehouse
- Stock inwarding, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and system updates
- Stock replenishment and coordination with supply chain teams
- Inventory accuracy, audits, and reconciliation
- Management of stock transfers, RTV (Return to Vendor), and damages
- Coordination with sales team for product availability and order fulfillment
Key Result Areas
- Maintain high inventory accuracy (system vs physical stock)
- Ensure optimal stock availability with minimal stock-outs
- Reduce shrinkage, damages, and pilferage
- Timely inwarding and dispatch of goods
- Efficient handling of returns, defective, and slow-moving stock
- Adherence to audit and compliance standards

Who Thrives in This Role
- 3–7 years of experience in inventory/warehouse management (retail preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Familiarity with ERP/POS systems and inventory tools
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high SKU volumes (furniture + home products)
- Process-driven with a focus on control and efficiency
