About Us:

We are a large-scale warehouse specializing in electronic products. As part of our expanding operations, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Inventory Incharge to lead and manage inventory activities at our warehouse in Bajaj-Ghaziabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of inventory control and management across the warehouse.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records using SAP and other warehouse management systems.

• Operate as the SAP Operator for inventory functions, including stock postings, transfers, and reporting.

• Conduct regular cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment based on operational needs.

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for seamless stock movements.

• Analyze stock variances, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective measures.

• Optimize storage space and streamline inventory processes to improve efficiency.

• Supervise and guide warehouse staff on inventory handling best practices.

• Be actively involved on the floor, participating in hands-on tasks to meet targets and deadlines.

  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management in a large-scale warehouse, preferably dealing with electronic products.

• Strong working knowledge of SAP (Inventory/Material Management Modules).

• Proven experience conducting cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliations.

• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work closely with warehouse teams.

• Proficient in warehouse and inventory software.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
